Spotted today....

Spotted yesterday in a used truck sales lot along A12 from Brussel to Antwerp, Belgium: US M35-series truck.

 

Judging by the colour it seems it was last in civilian use, but it looks to be in pretty much standard military configuration.

 

No connection to the seller, but I can provide contact details for someone who wants to save it.

There was an in-service Foden DROPS causing minor chaos in Luton town centre on Friday. Looked LHD, do we have any right-handers? From the way he was driving it didn't look like he could see much :rofl:

All the Leyland DROPS were LHD and I am pretty certain same for Foden.

Convoy today heading onto the A1(M) southbound from Catterick Garison , must be quite a bit of weight because the's 28 wheels on them trailers ,I did find something odd , normaly there's a spare rig if there's a breakdown but not this time , maybe they were'nt going far

just after 11am gray painted AEW Sea King over Bostall Woods at less than 1000ft went as far as Erith then turned right to follow the A2 back towards London

Foden on recovery this morning , passed it south of Scotchcorner , I slowed down on this fast section of A1m to see how fast he was going as thought it was going a bit quick ,must have been doing close to 55mph ,

Military Convoy 8 Vehicles (5 Troop Carriers and 3 Land rovers) makes/models unknown as it was about 9.30pm and unable to get makes as i was on my own. headinf north on the A24 at Ashington W.Sussex

Volvo/Haflinger type vehicle with radio style body in Blackpool today . looked very nice ......(pretty sure it was a Volvo)
