DAY 4

 

 

i work 2 1/2 hours with the nail gun ^^ i was realy dirty after ;) then we primed the the part of the cassis where the air tanks are, then we painted it ;) the air tanks are grindet , primed and paintet too ! all chassis screw were twisted threadand cleaned.. ^^

 

new oil is here ;) midland :D the brake cylinder are good and work !

Hello N.O.S.

 

Sealey do a similar spray gun its a HVLP2000 its 230 volts with a 400 watt motor, can be used for oil based paints and also water based.It sells for £65 A handy bit of kit if you dont have an air compressor or want to be more mobile.

it's from bosch ! you can paint without coloer dust !! :)i don't know the right name of it =( but all say it be very good! i think this buy was good ;)

Great stuff and excellent work!

 

I have also been looking into these easy spray-systems. Sounds like an ideal tool for MV resto. Anyone who can tell me more about the paint quality itself? Would it be good enough to paint a classic car interior or engine bay as well? Have a Fiat 500 and Chev CMP waiting in line for a paint job....

right ! it's good for MV restoration's ;) it's light, handy, cheap and funny ^^

 

befor we painted all things in the molding from my father's company :) but when you the truck have on prop up , you can transport him to the molding so it's better ;)

Day 6 ;)

 

 

now all brakes set and new grease .

the airtanks now mounted and a the oilpant was cleaned.

then the rims cleaned and groundet.

 

then came 3 man who paint a biiiiiiiiig picture! i've never seen something like that before!!!! pics later ;)
