please can you post how many for food over the weekend as i am starting to finalise the menu and would apreaciate numbers as i would need to work out the quantities of food

please remember cut off date for vehicles also will be cut off date for food as well

mods could you move all plains 2009 details to a new block please and then edit this post

Hi Dave

Could you put me down for 4 definates for now and may grow,but will start pestering them for commitments!!!!We will also have a veggie but he will fend for himself.You will recognize him because he will be the palefaced scrawny one eating grass and weeds and having to pump himself full of vitamin pills every morning to make up for all the nutrients his body isn't getting from animal parts!!!!

ok just for jack meals are as follows

friday pm sweet and sour chicken with rice/mash

sat am breakfast sausage bacon egg beans/tomatoes b&b or french stick

sat pm sausage or burger and chips

sunday am breakfast

sunday pm roast dinner meat and two veg

monday am breakfast

 

plus coffee/tea each day

cost £10 per head for the weekend

 

vegitarians will have a choice but if just one or two then instead of meat omelits will be supplied

 

 

all seating will be on verge with own seats and we do not discrimanate between years at this event it is just for fun and to show the military brass that we can behave ourselfs when on the plains

full details for tour are on plain invasion 2009 on the future events section

then send message to tony (spteam) and he will book you in he will need your name and the vehicles reg to pass on to the mod for booking on to the ranges

WWII seating are is immediately behind the Stalwarts. And by a funny happenstance mealtimes just happen to coincide with the planned & scheduled testing of the Dowty jets on each vehicle.

Apart from the one that might have a GMC hanging off the back on tow ropes......

 

(Ask Saracenstump what this really means!!! :evil: :evil:)
