Marmite!!
Looks like we are in for another month of unsettled weather  Met Office. [h=3]UK Outlook for Thursday 21 Jun 2012 to Saturday 30 Jun 2012:[/h]It will turn increasingly unsettled from Thursday with outbreaks of rain or showers at times for most parts of the UK through the period. These will give some heavier bursts in places with a risk of showers turning thundery. Some drier and brighter interludes are also possible, the best of these are likely to be towards the southeast with northern and western parts probably seeing the heaviest and most persistent rain. It is likely to be rather breezy at times, particularly in exposed areas in northern and western parts of the UK. Daytime temperatures will generally be around average or a little below for most places, although it will often feel rather cool in wetter and windier areas. [h=3]UK Outlook for Sunday 1 Jul 2012 to Sunday 15 Jul 2012:[/h]Periods of unsettled weather are likely to continue although these may be interspersed with drier conditions at times. Temperatures are expected to start off a little below the seasonal average, but possibly recovering to nearer normal later in the period. Rainfall amounts are generally expected to be close to the seasonal average, but may still be above normal in the south. rosie
Well the weather locally for this weekend was appalling, so far we have had dawn to dusk sunshine with some gusty winds but not too cold (chilly for the time of year though) so fingers crossed it carries on this way. but so what if it rains, the tankers will have more fun!!! The drivers of the man trucks will enjoy trying to accelerate and wipe their windows and Jack will still be blowing his whistle!!!!!! We will still all have great big smiles on our faces :cheesy:

Degsy
It's about the right shape for a sheep dip too, with a pair of ramps  Don't mention sheep dip to me, might have been alright for the sheep but it didn't do me and a lot of other people much good. Fortunately it's now a thing of the past, pour on or spray is now used.
Tony B
Or as it is known outside Wales, A Shower! Yes the old sheep dip was an evil concotion, remember the old black and white films of British Pathe? Two blocks in shirt sleeves chucking sheep in, and must be totally submerged at least once, with the local Copper looking on. Organo phosphate the Farmer's answer to pests!
