Wanted Advertisements - Where do they go?

Where has my Wanted Advertisement gone??

I had an advertisement headed "Wanted URGENTLY - 19" fan like this one.."

There were many, many viewers with out success and so I bumped it up as well. Now it had completely disappeared.

I have not advised that the item is no longer wanted but one of the moderators must have removed it. WHY??

I sent a PM to Jack but have received no reply.

Please advise what is going on and where it has gone to. There is no sign of it in any Closed Threads section.

Thanks Rick.

I've not posted any adverts or wanteds, but have just checked out the board and cannot see an obvious note that adverts will automatically be deleted.

If users were to be better informed it might save issues like this arising?

Tony I think it says when placing adverts they are valid for 30 days..

OK, thanks Lee. So the seller would be aware of the time limit.

Does the system have a provision for automatically notifying the poster that it is about to expire and should be reposted if required?

Joris is the one to answer that mate.. He's very busy at the moment but I'm sure he will be here to answer as soon as he gets a bit of spare time..

I probably know as much as you about the new classified software as discussed in the office..
