Sorry I somehow missed your post, too many tabs open! Yes pretty well got it in one. It was for a proposed joint marketing agreement between LR and Willis, it never got beyond prototype. gritineye Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 I have a feeling that one belonged to Richard Beddall's brother (?), likely the QL's are Richard's. It was certainly owned by one of the Beddalls, but do you know what it is? You should send that to Land Rover for their new slogan I think CW's version suits them better :-D Quote
fv1609 Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 I have a feeling that one belonged to Richard Beddall's brother (?), likely the QL's are Richard's. Later the Rover went to a chap I used to see, from around Church Crookham. Yes I believe his brother was a landscape gardener then Richard Anstey restored it before he got his MRA1. Quote

Lord Burley Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Whats the point of me asking these questions if no bugger answers.:-D see 430Thats a bit puzzling as you only had two sets of pioneer tools.Standard set.And a 58 set as fitted to 101,s Quote
Guest catweazle (Banned Member) Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 (edited) Its interesting to see they have no protective clothing or anything to save there uniform,i would suspect they are only doing the stripes. After reading the post about the dangers of the paint i think they stood more chance of being killed by the british army than the iraqis.interestingly they seem to of tiger stripped the concrete as well.Good pics mate.:-D Edited February 11, 2009 by Marmite!!
