Superb website for research on any research, very active. Ancestry website. Superb family history website, does cost you, though if you say you are not renewing you instantly get a discount. Mumsnet. Goes without saying, if youve got young sprogs, this makes you feel like your not alone! Family tree forum. Very active and free, great results. Maple Leaf Up. Goes without saying one of the best MV sites, particularly good for CMP's, champs, carriers etc. Moneysavingexpert. Most of the forums and websites I use to see what's happening in the world appropriate to that forum, I use them to teach and to share, to meet similar minded people ( and Jack ), and perhaps to show off a little! I use.... HMVF Aces, Contrails and Unsung Heros ( USAAF theme ) All Model Railroading WW2 Re-enactors NE ( a local group in the NE ) Fly Past Forum, Mainly Historic and Photographic sections ( hosted by Key Publishing ) NE Aircraft Museum ( my local museum ) 100th Bombardment Group ( all things Century Bombers ) RC Model Flyers ( UK based R/C forum ) RC Scale Builder ( US based R/C forum ) Youtube, to share MV, plane and modelling videos ( I'm known as 'vultee35' on there ) and a Space Flight simulator forum. and I still find time to build planes and other modelling, drive the Jeep, photograph stuff and pull Jack's chain! Main ones are 101 Club, EMLRA, LRA, LRUK, LR4x4, Plain Military, PocketGPS, IMVG, 5 different Boards.ie forums, half a dozen railway ones (mostly Irish), livinghistory.ie, Ancestry.co.uk, Facebook Favourites list include just about every Land Rover parts place, numerous machine tool suppliers, electronics places that deliver here, weather web sites etc etc Really should think about getting a life!!
