Nick Johns
Can anyone post a photo of the Humber said to be at the History of Wheels museum in Windsor, or indeed any history ? There was a Humber heavy utllity 4x4 in the History on Wheels collection some years ago but that was sold on, only 4x2 examples are there now, a staff car, a very rare military convertible only 4 known to exist, same as Montgomery's 2 cars, and the also rare Humber 8cwt Snipe radio truck which was found years ago in a local scrapyard someone had built a woody estate body over the original pick up body which had preserved it nicely The History on Wheels museum is open on the last sunday of every month and bank holidays, next open day is Sunday 29th December http://www.historyonwheels.co.uk/?b6bbe7dfd5f8c33aebcc48b7ab009411=59f6cac9b40cb719c2f11ae62af06aba Edited November 30, 2013 by Nick Johns

Runflat
Here are some pics of the Snipe 8 cwt., taken many years ago at Southsea by the looks of things. The museum's Crossley-Kegresse is alongside.
Ron
As a start reference for my Morris 8cwt, Tony let me take lots of pictures and measurements of the wireless set up in that Snipe when I was boating on the Thames back in about 1989. Afterwards he took me back to my boat in his Rolls Royce. Nice folk! Ron
