Damn I was about to make my guess that the subject of this thread was in fact a pedant's helmet. But looking at it again I find mine isn't quite that heavy.

Mike, you've let me down! I was just about to award you the "perfect pedant" prize when you seem to have confused mass with size. We all know that about 4500.85423359 billion, billion, billion electrons would have a mass of 4.1kg, whatever their size.

Yes I agree, but seeing as everyone knows the relationship between density, mass and the acceleration due to gravity, everone would see the link btween the size of an electron ans its mass......
