Well, after exploring some defences in Dover, i went back to my trusty little car and some little blighters had got in it and left pages of porn in the glove-box. barmans.

Yeah yeah!! That's what they all say!!

But getting back to morris c8 fat, did you really have someone squatting in the back of your vehicle? That's something I've always worried about happening with mine.

The strangest thing I've found in one of mine, well on really, was a great big bunch of balloons. It was very strange, they were just sat on the roof of the Land Rover which was right down the field, miles from anywhere at about 11-30 at night! I never did find out were they came from. And no, they weren't helium filled so they hadn't come from a balloon release anywhere. :?

Don't know if this counts as it wasn't my vehicle and it was an aircraft, but...

I was about to do a parachute drop from an Antonov 2 which had been standing for the winter. When they finally got the engine started in a huge cloud of black smoke, two bats were seen (and caught on video but unfortunately not on a still camera!) flying out of the exhaust. :schocked:

I swear they were coughing as they flew off

I'm always hoping I would find something like this in one of the pigs.

Not my story but many years ago a friend of a friend who was in need of a truck bought himself a Bedford at one of the Ruddington sales . Didn't bother to look under the canvas until he went to collect it when he found it was full of large crates . He collared one of the staff and said this truck is full of gear I didn't buy / don't want & was told you bid for it - you bought it - whatever it is . Apparently all those years ago it took him a very long time to unload all the brand new unassembled BSA M20's he'd acquired . Does anything like that still happen now do you think ? D :)

32 people in the back of my pig!!!!!!!!! :-o

I picked some friends up from a night club and they asked if i could give some of the friends a lift home. Not a problem says I as long as they dont live to far away.

Finally i get a shout from the back to say their all in and the doors are shut so off i go, think there's some funny noises coming from the back but what the heck.

A suggestion was made of all going back to a house and continuing the night. when we arrived i jumps out and opens the rear doors i begin to think that they are getting in through the front doors and coming back out again.

Best bit was driving round the streets at 2 in the morning in third gear, i'm sure the pig thought it was back in N.I. :-D

Not so much in your vehicle, but on it. Anyway it's good excuse so Paul & his sons can develop some ideas for their Humber/totti display for us all at Belters.

I am sure you all want further details & want me to tell you her history. Well I can reveal that she has had a pretty varied career. She was struck off census 18/3/69 in BAOR. She was recovered to 32 Central Workshops on 18/12/72 to be upgraded to a Mk 2. :-D
