    Or the basic rule for government purchasing that the winner of the bidding on the contract is the lowest cost manufacturer. I d think sometimes it would be nice to be able to pick the next to the lowest and not the very lowest as I sure wouldn't want the equipment say a bullet proof-vest to be made by the cheapest guy around ?

    Phil munga Thanks for the additional information I really Really like that second photo of the Raidtrac with the cab ! between the Raidtrac and the Aktiv Snowtrac or the Bombadier B-12...such transports would make winter a really pleasurable time to travel in the back woods and off road . If I only had those pesky little lottery numbers !

    With age comes wisdom if you live through your errors , Perhaps when a youth I d say it was fun to play out in the weather now I d settle for watching others to do foolish things while being warm and dry , beside where will you put the GPS and widescreen and coffee maker without a cab ! LOL
