Perhaps We need a thread for all the modified military vehicles of their own . While it would be nice if everyone kept they entire vehicle all original We have all seen examples of people doing modifications of different degrees to "Their" vehicles. One point of all the discussions has been as long as the result is not past along as being an in service example of X , or there will be others who think they have a better idea of how the vehicle should be used/changed there isnt anything We can do about it . We need to face the fact that some models of former military vehicles are quite common in some areas so the price they sell at is affordable enough it temps people to buy one and experiment. Just a thought to either include these in their own thread or ban them.

If the vehicle is equipped with this unit , if need be or not , if stopped for some traffic violation would it be something the officer could request the driver to hand over view to see if a violation had indeed happened ? In Britain can they then look at all the data on the disk for other incidents Not that I speed normally but the thought was/ is why give them any more information past the speed camera or speed gun they already have.

There's one simular to this on the other side of my town . no brick work but other wise the same . many of the homes in my area are built with two or three car garages but saddly they tend to have only 7 or 8 foot doors,not the 14 foot on that great RV garage .

aye that may be true as the people back then perhaps were smaller. Can someone post a video of getting in and driving a Matador?

Seems from the driving position that they must have been built for drivers with a left leg amputation above the knee, even if the shift pattern is strictly in a motion front to back only that lever and knob have to be uncomfortable even for short periods of time. Is the engine free or has it seized ? it would look to be a good investment except for the driving position.
