  1. I get these calls on a regular basis, I have a number of responses which depend on my mood and whether I have the time to play.... Put phone down when I hear it ringing other end (obvious autodialer picked up at other end only when answer detected). "Stop calling me you scamming B*****d [indian accent] Hello my name is trevor [/indian accent] I say "I bet it isn't"....this usually causes a short discussion to try to convince either way, followed by termination of call. "Oh god which computer has the fault, I have 10 running at the moment" I go on to suggest that if he has detected a problem he must be able to tell me which one has the fault as I am really worried about this... can be extended to cover a full tea break! The trouble is with this is that there must be enough people who fall for it or else they would not keep on doing it....
  2. Just found this one, Chatham hill, it seems that no one was hurt but the cafe' had to be demolished.

  6. Your attachments download as photo's about 1/2" across, it may be worth re-saving them on your computer as 640 X 480 sized .jpg files and try them again....could I also suggest that you rename with a number (truck01.jpg truck02.jpg) to help with future uploads. I look forward to seeing what your $400 dollars looks like!

  14. A shame you had to take down the rest of the tree, split and broken ones like that are the perfect "standing dead timber"for bats, birds and all sorts of invert's but having said that it looks like you had a fun day:)

  16. Picture 32 on the following page http://www.theatlantic.com/infocus/2011/10/world-war-ii-the-allied-invasion-of-europe/100160/ It looks to have solid tyres??
  17. I have finally got round to preparing my tilt for fitting onto my Ser 11A....just in time to miss all the good weather There are a number of small wear holes and some fatigue cracks dotted around which I want to patch up before fitting, I have come across the product "Tear-aid" which comes in two varieties. Tear Aid Type "A" Repair Kit suitable for most materials Item #380337811496 Tear Aid Type "B" Repair Kit suitable for PVC or Vinyl Item #250815755046 My tilt is an ex military one and appears to be a waterproof tarpaulin/coated canvas material rather than an obvious plain canvas as I have had on vehicles previously and am wanting advice on which product to use. My questions are:- Has anyone here used the above repair material? Is it a good product? Which kit should I use, (is the waterproof tilt likely to be PVC or vinyl coated)? Do you know of a better product?

  19. I saw a preview for an up and coming series on Dave, I glimpsed what looked like a Milie being run into the back of another vehicle. Web site for new program here. http://uktv.co.uk/dave/article/aid/646757 Episode 5

  25. Just this series? It is one of my biggest moans about what could be very good programes all over the networks. This "if this goes wrong now someone will die" stuff..... which never actually happens, drives me insane, why do programe makers think it is needed?
