Had the picture been taken in the last few years I would have said, Mobile phone recharging points. (seeing as no-one can be without a phone in this modern world!)

 

Ah yes, but when was it taken?

 

I know what you mean about the mobile phones, there have been cases of soldiers fitting mobile chargers into vehicles resulting in electrical fires!

Here I am, and it was not beans tonight, for the record.

 

A vehicle battery charging unit. Only saying this because it look like two bus bars running along the side, with sockets, but not sure how it get the power as nothing visible in the back unless it has a PTO driven generator.

 

Oh and it is either US or Canadian..........maybe :confused:

American from the 1960's

Side ports are not electrical or radio outlets

Not a defoliant/decontamination unit

Doesn't look like a bowser

 

Are they fluid connections of some sort on the side - or are they junction boxes???

 

Was thinking a mobile/field shower unit????

Yes, but could be anything. This is a cargo truck.
