N.O.S.
I was thinking of the bogie in Monsieur L****'s yard? Or was that for a seriously big gun? Edited September 16, 2011 by N.O.S.

TooTallMike
On sticky ground here but the first of the last set of photo's is saying Mack to me..... Either way keep on posting them up Rosco! First photo looks like Mack NM with the crane assy. from an aircraft wrecker rather than from an M1A1. However it could be a butchered WLF crane. - MG
N.O.S.
And could the last one (which we know is not a Scania ) be one of those rebuilt (in early 50's?) using White 666 front end cab / components? I saw one in UK before Christmas being restored, but can't recall the front wing arrangement.

david1212
A couple more of Wynns EDW 340 from post 53 http://hmvf.co.uk/forumvb/showthread.php?9016-Ward-La-France-Gallery&p=281566#post281566 on Flickr which looks to be the same job, can anybody identify the location? and Notice the different windscreens in the two photos. Rosco
I should have spotted that the first ones a mack NM and not a WLF (Should have gone to specsavers). Here is one in not so good condition. (possibly an ex wynns one looking at the rear body) Ross

TooTallMike
Would this be the one out front? (photo thanks to Rosco, I think) On Google Earth I can see a yellow 'something' out back with what looks like a red crane. - MG Edited January 31, 2012 by TooTallMike

TooTallMike
Mike - Looks like a Kenworth version has turned up on Milweb Heavy! I saw that but I feel it's a bit pricey, considering it has a Corbitt bonnet and cab. 'Original' is a much abused term :undecided:. - MG
