Jeep combat split rims

Can anyone recommend a supplier for good quality repro Jeep combat rims? I’ve heard the stories about poor quality rims from India and possibly the Philippines and don’t really want to get caught out, I’ve looked on Dallas autos website and theirs state American made but has anyone actually bought them and can recommend them.

I can’t help you with a recommendation I am afraid, but I am following with interest as I need a Combat rim too!!

I’ve previously purchased original combat rims but they have been heavily pitted, holed with rust and warped, I am sure other Jeep owners on this forum can help.

well i now need two.... just been out with the drill powered wire brush on the worst one and the tin worm has gone through in two places!! ho well!!

Universal Jeep supplies have good quality new combat Jeep wheels

Just been checking prices and universal are also the cheapest, advertised as South American made.

I can’t imagine that there are that many  different manufacturers of these rims.

if they are painted black they all come from the same maker i have fitted loads of them and there are no problems with them my usmc jeep has them

Yes, use the black repros, they are much better in a thicker gauge steel and are more accurate reproductions in my opinion.
