munga8
Phil, Thank you - I have 2 Munga’s both 8 seaters, the one pictured here is a 1966 German unit last used as a cable layer in Göttingen (1 ½ Hrs south of Hannover), I have owned this one for about 6 years. I am sure that the spade pictured here is the correct one for the vehicle. Will

munga8
Looks good you are way ahead of me with your restoration and I have to do jobs round the house this weekend! I had to shorten my spade handle by about 150mm to make it fit correctly. What colour have you gone for? Is it Nato Green or another shade? It looks a good colour. I may have some idea on the brackets on the RHS if Andrew cannot help. Will Edited December 6, 2009 by munga8

munga8
Hello, How long have you had the Munga? Did you have to do much welding? Does the engine run? Will
Willyslancs
since late 2007, a little welding was done by a mate of my dad s ,( not much needed really ) not started on the engine yet . When we picked it up , we only had to push if from the next door neighbours!! .........

Willyslancs
we struck it lucky really , it was blasted years ago and most panels were very good ., it had been lead loaded in a couple of places . to be honest we were dreading gettin it blasted, because it looked ropey, any way it turned out ok .
