Evening,

bit of background; been into WW2 reenacting for a while and decided to take the plunge into getting a vehicle. Got into reenacting through an interest in my grandads service during the war. Due to this portray a member of a field company and wanted to get a fitting vehicle. Stumbled across the below '44 Morris GS.

Chuffed to bits with her. Only issue is that the battery isn't receiving a charge at all and a slight oil leak, which is getting looked at in the week.

Well done Jimmy!

I recognise that Morris as it was a local one.

Be aware if you have to remove the dynamo, that it is driven by the timing chain and there is a procedure to do it otherwise you will have a problem. Best of luck hope it is something simple, try the fuse in the control box first.

regards, Richard
