Just a thought - Does HMVF qualify as an appropriate club ? They asked if i was a member of an appropriate owners club .

Dave.

Actually it does.

This is something that Roadsure and HMVF have been working on for a while and now the deal has been done.

The news wasn't going to go live until Feb1 but I will write a 'press release' on it tomorrow but basically any members of HMVF will NOW be able to get discount from RS. You no longer have to be a member of a trust/group to qualify as Roadsure are a forward thinking organisation and have recognised that HMVF is trail blazing.

Some folks have already received the discount from Roadsure :-D

Well it just so happens that my cover starts on February 1st so.... Thanks Jack . Thanks very much for your efforts on all of our behalf.

On the down side - for me - the vehicle has to be returned to original ie unmodified - condition .

Means I gotta take my lovely big HiAb off the back .

And send them a pic to prove it .

Boo Hoo :(

Thank you very much Dave and you are welcome.

I have always wanted to be able to offer people some benefits for nothing and I am very pleased that Roadsure and HMVF have been able to do this.

Take advantage of it!!

Cheers

Jack.

I guess I'll have to sell it , haven't got anything else suitable to nail it on to , it's a big bugger and space is at a bit of a premium . The guy who's storing the Mog for me says he gets people looking for them from time to time .

It might have something to do with them being taken over my another company who's name escapes me at the moment.

OPTIMAS GROUP

Latin (good, honest, noble and right; one of the best)

The Optimas Group was established in 2005 to unite the interests of the Roadsure Group into a national corporate structure to better facilitate the companies ambitious growth aspirations.

Continuing to promote its core business services in non standard motor insurance Optimas Group is already developing its profile to include high net worth and specialist financial products and services.

Established originally in 1999 as Roadsure Limited the company grew quickly through a number of key acquisitions to be the UK's leading provider of insurance products to specialist niche markets such as Motorcycle and Military vehicles.

Roadsure won't insure me because I am under 25, so we use Footman James. Back in the days when only my Dad was insured Footman James were also cheaper than Roadsure, or whatever they used to be called, AC Miles or something?
