Thanks for the info chaps, a very impressive project and a huge undertaking, it is great to see such attention to detail being paid to every respect of the vehicle. I wonder how it will drive when completely finished? It would be good to see it in the flesh at W&P at some point

I'm no expert on any sort of AFV but I'm sure I read somewhere that there were two types of road wheel fitted to Tigers, one of which was all metal. Since I know my memory ain't what it was:banghead: can anyone confirm this?

This is superb, and given the scale of the project, the fact that it may not have rubber on the road wheels is rather irrelevant, everything else looks extremely close to original, it is a phenomenal achievement.

 

A bit of black paint would do the job on the wheels.

It is a very impressive repro!
