  1. Thanks for all the messages guys!
  2. One at Withams, and one in Andy's field... I don't think it's done much, the interior of the cab is like new, even has the clear plastic bit on the plate for the light switch. It has the 81mm mortar kit in the back too.

    MoD cuts

Withams have has several FV432s in unissued condition, no Mk 3s though... and no, they won't let you drive them on the road
  4. Look at all these Stormers not driving around on roads.......... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7oRwuJHu79M&feature=related
  5. It sounds like they may have confused the Stormer with a 432? 432 does not have seperate steering and braking systems, whereas Stormer and CVRT series vehicles do. I would also be interested to know how it doesn't confom with regards to lighting, since it has everything except fog lights. Maybe it's to do with the height or spacing of headlamps? (Richard beat me to the first bit!)
  6. Just seen this post on the M151 forum, I thought there would be a few people here who'd enjoy it. 7. If you are looking for the No. 5 binoculars, Johnsons of Leeds always have nice ones in stock.
  8. Yes, but you need to fill in and submit the correct form before they do this.
  9. This is the Spartan one... http://www.ekmpowershop5.com/ekmps/shops/greenmachines/cvrtspartan-first-aid-box-carrier-1730-p.asp
  10. Use a magnet. I'm sure mine are aluminium.
  11. When it comes to track bashing, you need the correct tools and you need them stowed in the vehicle. You never know when you'll need them. The tracks are heavy and trying to bodge the job with improvised tools could cause you a serious injury.
  12. Robin, Are you taking about these brackets? Chris
  13. Mick, I took the pressure switch down to my friendly commercial vehicle brake specialist, they had a new direct replacement. I suggest you find a similar supplier near you. Chris
  14. I had a look at those 432s the other week, they are indeed very nice. Much nicer than the scabby ones they were selling 5 or 6 years ago. At £200+ a ton, you can see where the reserve price comes from - and it's much easier to sell it to the scrap man who'll just turn up and take it away than having to deal with the public. There was also a line of 10 or so 434s, it's just a shame we've run out of money and space!
  15. Robin, Do you have a link to the video? Chris
  16. Here are some links that may help... http://baor-locations.co.uk/Home.aspx http://british-army-units1945on.co.uk/default.aspx
  17. Paul, The side ways chevrons are supposed to point to the left whichever way they are viewed. This is my Wolf just after it came back from Iraq.. Chris
  18. The only place I've seen it is in Modification instructions. Emer V.627.' http://www.mark.clubaustin.co.uk/new_page_3.htm Chris
  19. Here are some photos of some of the others for sale.. there are plenty of nice ones. Chris
  20. I've seen these on Champs, so my guess is mid 50s?
  21. I saw the re-painted one a few weeks ago. It looks ok, but there are plenty round the back in just as good condition. Just look out for those with VOR and NO BRAKES written on the windscreen!
  22. How about this one? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/24v-Boiling-vessel-BV-cooker-/150502850140?pt=UK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Other_Vehicle_Parts_Accessories_ET&hash=item230aab3e5c
