  1. NATO green and light stone are the colours you need.
  2. It's an Infrared tac sign, when you look at it through night vision equipment you can see the chevron. I have only ever seen them in photos, but they were used a lot in Iraq.
  3. It is possible, but there's enough track around at the moment so it's not economically viable.
  4. As it looks so close to a CVRT one, I'd say it's got to be Alvis, maybe Stormer?
  5. It is a Withams advert, look on the right hand side. http://www.edisposals.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/Disposals-Public-Site/en_US/-/GBP/ViewProductDetail-Start;pgid=MieqQ4wkQg8000ArvQ_8K1sp0000-bGzLmya?ProductUUID=PcHAqBEL2fAAAAEa9YzbFish&CatalogCategoryID=l2jAqBELYFwAAAD_F2Vpc4d5&JumpTo=OfferList
  6. They even have a photo of Grasshopper... http://army-uk.info/equip_f.php?ID=227
  7. You have 2 bolt holes, the only bit in the photo with 2 bolt holes in the same pattern as your holes is the hook 'thing' in the middle of the photo.
  8. The missing part is one of these... (This photo is of a Sultan, but it's the same bit) Chris
  9. They have the same chassis, therefore width over the tracks is the same.
  10. I remember seeing this one for sale when Vickers disposed of it. Details here: http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~dgrev/dhmg/vick001.html Chris
  11. I think he means this... http://www.milweb.net/webverts/53847/
  12. There was a Fox imported to Australia by Tim Vibert, not sure where it went from there. http://www.timvibert.com.au/index.php?page_id=1 Chris
  13. I don't think they were actually fitted, more like dropped on to redundant hulls for disposal.
  14. I think they are these ones... http://www.warandpeaceshow.co.uk/component/option,com_marketplace/Itemid,88888973/adid,292/catid,16/page,show_ad/
  15. Just beware that when it says 'Price From' it means that's the price of the cheapest one, not the one in the photo!
  16. Paul, Andy had a similar problem on his Striker when he first got it going. It turned out one of the valves had stuck open and then been knocked by the piston. The engine was repairable, but he had to fit a new piston, valve and give the bore a good hone. Hopefully yours is not quite as damaged, I have bought new pistons (in the military box) from XK Engineering in Coventry if you need some bits. Chris
  17. Erik, You can try here for parts: http://www.lrseries.com/shop/category/listing/4313/1/Sankey-Trailer.html Chris
  18. Paul, I'd get another engine, check it before fitting and then deal with this one later. It's only a couple of hours work to take the head off and put a new head gasket in/check the valves before fitting. It does sound like it has dropped a valve though! Chris
  19. No master cylinder, and no spark plugs either!
  20. Chas, Have you lifted up the cover plate over the fuel pump? I think that's what it means by the drain valve? Chris
  21. The master switch box on the CVRT is the same for all variants. Stormer is completely different.
  22. You were right the first time, they are Scorpion turrets.
  23. Troy, They have not used Saladins and Ferrets anywhere (except for gate guards on a plinth) since the early 90s. Chris
  24. Here's one I've just put together from my Dads arena videos.
