lightweight Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 As the title suggests, I'm trying to find somewhere that will balance split rims - between us we have a WC51 and a Jeep, both of which develop steering wobble at 40-45mph. Tony B Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 Normal car tyres places take one look at the size and go white. A Dodge tyre and rim weigh about 120 Lbs weight. My local Hi Q do commercial vehicles and have always been a great help though I've found the addition of the odd packet of biccies to the bill, helps. :-D there is a place just by Sevenoaks Station do them.
