ok as a rougth idea how does the following sound

breakfast each day sausage bacon egg and beans bread and butter

friday night chicken in sweet and sour sauce over spuds/rice

sat night meat pie mash and veg

sun night chops/joint roast pototoes and veg, crumble and custard

cost about a tenner a head for all weekend might be 15 depending on prices next year

if catering for about 30 then price should be about right

Dave I don't want to throw a spanner in the works but is all the above organic and locally produced :coffee: I am pretty much a veggie as well

if i find any chickens running around then they will be organic and grenade pie can also be arranged:cool2:

mind you this is all if jack makes it as will be ordering main supplies from bookers sorry jack:cool2:

if you want organic then cost would be twice as much as all organic food ends up costing two to three times as much and vegitarian food could posibly be done but you must realise i will be bulk cooking so cross contomination could happen:shocked:and you would end up with bacon grease on your vegi sausage

best bet jack if necessary i will save one burner for you to cook on but the menu will be the same for everyone else
