goanna
I would like to help you but . It is a major undertaking, freighting heavy parts to Malta ???? I've sent two N0. 11 wireless sets to the UK, I had to make the wooden boxes, take them to a freight forward agency in Melbourne, I slept in the back of my car overnight in a car park . The paperwork, the time. I sent a No. 11 cab windscreen to the UK . I live 130 KM from any freight depot . Getting the picture ? I m not young anymore .. traffic in Melbourne is a total nightmare . Would you do all of that for me if I wanted some CS8 parts from you ? Sure I could put the parts in abox, but you would have to arrange a courier to pick it up..big money needed
Ausprey
Hi i do not want you to go in that trouble but if i arrange for a currier to pick up from your adress would you sell me some parts for cs8 after you receve the payment best regards mario
Zuffen
Years ago I used to post conrods all over the world. I'd wrap them in bubble wrap then in cardboard, wrap with packing tape and take them to my local Post Office (every Australian town has one) and let them do the delivery. A starter wouldn't weigh more than their limits allow. Make the purchaser pay postage and you've done a fellow MV enthusiast a great favour. If I lived in near you I would collect the starter and post it off on your behalf.
Richard Farrant
Australia Post is not that reliable, I was sent two wheels from NSW to UK, in separate parcels, one arrived and the other disappeared, not only that but the original tracking labels had been changed to different ones and there was no way of locating the missing one. I use couriers like FedEx or TNT now when sending overseas.
Zuffen
That's interesting Richard as I've used Aussie Post to ship stuff and run a business for 30 years and very very rarely have they lost anything. I've sent and received literally hundreds of packages and tens of thousands of letters to and from our business. Do you know if your wheels were misplaced in Australia or somewhere between us and you?
Richard Farrant
Do you know if your wheels were misplaced in Australia or somewhere between us and you? We know from the other identical package that it left Sydney on a QF1 flight to Heathrow and the Australia Post tracking labels were removed and substituted for another type. This made it impossible for the sender to track either of them.

guy66
Very nice work, on my C4 there where wedges between the leaf springs and the front axle. These are there to change the front wheel geometry , positive caster . You just can see them on the picture in between the spring and axle .
