.303fan
It came from somewhere in Kitcheners field far behind quiet camping! It made the wife decide that next year i go alone or she sleeps in a hotel. According to Mr. Cadman the ones who did it got punished, but still. I had the family along for the night (9yo, 8yo & 4yo) needless to say it didn't go down too well with us... and I don't believe for a second anything was done about it. Chris Suslowicz
Did anybody come back with any exciting or unusual purchases? Where to start? :-D A bundle of 3'6" flagstaffs for semaphore flags (I have the white with blue stripe flags). Power supply to set cables for C11/R210 and C13 Protective grille for my R109 - only need the canvas cover now. A big box of 19 set innards (mostly transformers stripped out by some vandal) surprisingly, most of them are OK! Mine Detector 6A that I noticed last year then couldn't find the seller again.:red: A rather early Class D wavemeter. Clansman AF amplifier box. The shoulder straps for my Carrier, Battery, No.7T (takes the 12V 22AH for WS62) that I have been after for years. Lots of other stuff, nothing large or especially heavy this year, thank goodness. :-D Chris.

I don't know what proportion were made in that configuration?
Nick Johns
Here is another with filter on other side http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/British-army-S6-MK-2-Gas-Mask-respirator-1972-HAVERSACK-/121394846819?pt=UK_Collectables_Militaria_LE&hash=item1c43b25c63
fv1609
Nick yes I'm already watching that one out of curiosity. Not sure that the seller has twigged the significance of what he's got. I notice he doesn't show the rear to show the state of the straps & as we know at that sort of age elastic is everything.
