  1. Not much of a saddle , but if anyone cut in front of you on the road , well you might be tempted wouldnt you ....just once ?. I wonder how many hit vehicles in front of them with that barrel !

  4. Lets see now , Great photograph's each and every one , Your quite right to keep the roll cage !!!Does it have rear steering or? I can understand it being a handful at anything above 20 mph that case. Do you have a garage for all your vehicles? with two beasts that size the Antar (or is it more correct to call it a Mighty Antar ? ) and the Scammell you would need a good sized industrial Building !!! I take it She's enjoys having such a Large vehicle of her own !
  5. It a sure things that with all the attention to detail and the careful restoration Someone will Gladly pay you to become its next owner . Still its a shame to have to part with it . I think it would Look fantastic at the wedding as the newly weds climb aboard to leave for their honeymoon. If you tie tin cans behind the normal car what do you tie behind a AFV ?
  6. With practise comes experience , Glad your first time went well and that you are still sharing your Jimmie with the wide verity of people you encounter on the road and at the Events . Each of us is a historian for our individual military vehicle and ambassador for our Hobby.

  8. Its a fortunate thing that someone had the foresight to document the event and for others to save the photo's I guess they then used both of those WLF's to work as one to back up to the cliff's to then shove them off with a bulldozer or similar vehicle.

  16. seems endless I m sure but you do have measurable progress and a Goal . Until your on to the exterior When the more hands the better ,I can see that there is only space for one or two people to be working at a time. Great Photo's....on the master control box what is the tee handle on the left ? starter ? choke?
  17. I trust and hope there are plans afoot to give those vehicles a proper and secure home some short time in the future lest mother nature or Vandals reduce them to simple piles of rust and what once was rubber .

  21. As for the last photo's ,I wonder how many TON's over weight these are !! I m sure any side slopes are to be avoided lest they lean at all and tip over !!!. :whistle: A new meaning of giving your friends a lift around ?

As to it being coming an all American production I would hope not, but that would have to do with "Who" raises the money to produce the movie .If that were a British production Group and they felt the best Actors were X nationality than that's what happens .The same if an American Group, either group could use either Nationalities or others, its not grounded in reality it's what sells the most tickets at the boxoffice.
  25. they were very brave and dedicated people to try and carry out that mission knowing they most likely not come back alive , I know they made a film in the 50's 0r 60's about them , wonder how they would remake the film now?
