    He is called Paul and an extremely nice chap. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it is a very friendly event. My commemerative mug from last year got broken and he has found me another :-).

    Really looking forward to this one now. It should be great, it is based at the school this year and is a special one because it is the tenth anniversary of it's existance. It is my favourite event in the north of England (Yorkshire ?).It has lots of character in a charming part of the world. Who is coming ?:-)

    Hi there,does anyone have a place around Hemel Hempstead where I could store a Zil 131 for a couple of weeks? I have bought it from a chap whose lease on his yard expires on the last day of the month but I cannot organise collection for a couple of weeks. It drives, but not well enough to drive to Yorkshire. Can anyone help? Cheers, Richard.

    Biofuel is seriously bad news, corrosion in tanks, contamination and blockages pumps expireing prematurely... And unleaded fuel that in my motorcycles the lay up between October and April is enough to necessitate draining the tanks and putting fresh fuel in before they will start. What we buy at the pumps now is rubbish!!!:-(

    Hi there, has anyone got the capability of transporting a 5 ton truck from Luton to Yorkshire? A back load would be perfect as it is not a priority to retrieve it. It starts and drives so would load easily. Cheers, Richard.

    Hi all. Is anybody on the forum entered on the 2011 HCVS Trans Pennine. I know it is not strictly military but any large military vehicle is more than welcome.

    I am looking forward to this event,even more so since I realised that there are many events that I will not be able to attend because of the better half booking boring holidays etc and interfering with my hobby.... Anyone else definately going?

    Gutted I intended to attend this one with the missus but forgot all about it!!!!!!! Just been informed that we are in Turkey on holiday when Wings and Wheels is on.... Can it get worse!!!! I wanted to use Zelda the Zil but Elizabeth favours Bernadette.....
