Rlangham Posted April 29, 2008 Posted April 29, 2008 Whilst in Belgium last weekend, I was extremely lucky enough to be given a flight in a Stampe SV.4 OO-PWA at Moorslede airfield. During the flight, we flew over Polygon Wood, scene of fierce fighting in the 3rd Battle of Ypres in late 1917, and also Zonnebeke where a WW1 living history event was being held Zonnebeke church Zonnebeke Chateau and lake Polygon Wood Polygon Wood Cemetery Quote
