Surveyor Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 I requested the MERLIN report for a vehicle, receiving the result it does not appear to be recorded as on the disposal list. Yes I have challenged the report as I have the release certificate. Has any one else had this issue, if so what was the outcome? Quote

robin craig Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 I have had two fairly naff reports but seeing as how they are free I cant complain, there are humans involved in the admin chain so therein lies the problem I suspect. I cant ask for a refund so I am going to bide my time and re submit in a year or so and hope they come up with a different response. Quote
