Lot 129 the Griffon engine, am I correct in saying he demonstrated that at yorkshire wartime experience a few years ago?

Yes. I can remember seeing it running at Elvington and a few other local events

The blurb says "Last run at the Flying Legends show, Duxford 2014."

128's his Merlin on a stand too, "was last used at Duxford in June 2011, oil loss during storage is evident"

I remember seeing both of these at shows. Hopefully, whoever buys them will continue to show them off.
