Looks like a Fordson Thames ET with 4 wheel drive conversion. The Indian Dodges used the Kew Dodge cab, commonly known as 'parrot nose'.

Could be wrong.

while the Fordson and the Dodge have similar designed cabs the Dodge grill has a vertical bar down the centre of the grill

so l have to agree with Richard that the one in the picture looks more like a Fordson ET

Its a Fordson, here is a 1950 Road test of the 4X4 converted Fordson Thames, modified by Harpers, Guildford Surrey

Hmm, the only reference I've ever seen to an Indian Dodge was one image of what looked like a standard 41-45 Dodge WC 4 x 2 half ton chassis and windscreen cowl with a locally built woody body on it - can't remember where though.

See Bart's book, Observers Military Vehicles Directory from 1945, page 230, Dodge PWC-95, which is a British Dodge Kew model cab from early 1950's.

Intrestingly, in the background of pictures of the wreckage of Comet G-ALYV at Calcutta in 1953, there is a WC51 or 52 on the ridge above the site. See Movitone News clip.
