Is there anyone on here who uses BT Internet and a user of MLU Forum? I was on it this morning then this evening I get a notice come up that the web address to MLU is blocked by Parental Control. I have never activated the feature and when I click on to say this was blocked incorrectly, then log in it says I am not the account holder, so been going around in circles. Apparently the sites that are assessed for blocking are done by a 3rd party and not BT ......... maybe HMVF next? :mad:

Thats BT for you, tried phoning them a while ago to report my Brothers phone was out of order, except there is no phone number now for BT!! tried online but as I wasn't a BT subscriber could not report the fault!!.. no problem accessing MLU with Sky internet

Thanks guys! I can access it on my iPhone, so will have to make do with that until I can get hold of BT :(. This lack of contact I find frustrating, that and unhelpful information which tells you how to get around the problem but when you get the page up it bears no resemblance.

This is on the page that comes up;

http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/index.php has been blocked by BT Parental Controls because the account holder has Custom filters on.

FAQ: A site is being blocked incorrectly by BT Parental Controls. How can I report this?

I have no Custom filters and nothing has changed since this morning. I have reported it, and will see what happens.

Richard, no problem getting MLU through my BT broadband- my problem is the BB is so slow I struggle to get certain forums/sites to open

Good Luck

Thanks Ted,

Never had this happen before so looks like the server has done something during the day.
