berna2vm Posted September 21, 2011 Author Share Posted September 21, 2011 I don't think that it would have been a wholly successful venture for our cousins across the pond, our Canadian brothers would have weilded a nasty bite and the Senior service would have sent the majority of the US navy to Davy Jones' locker.... Thank the lord that it never happened. I did feel slightly hurt that this nation ,which for the last century have been good friends and have much in common with us could even contemplate such an action .
