Copper washers

Hi, does anyone here know where to get proper imperial copper washers. Most places now sell metric or BSP, some sizes overlap, but wont be an exact fit. As I only need a small number of various sizes, I'm a bit loathe to get a large amount which I probably wont use.

Hi - Frosts list a pack of 220 imperial copper washers for £30-odd, which may still be too many!?

Spalding fastners haven't got any on their website, have thought about frosts, sent a message asking what paticular sizes are included in the assortment. Will keep trying, there are a couple of autojumbles coming up this weekend too fairly close to home so might have a wander round those and see if anything is available.

I recently bought some from them. They have a standard range, not sure if that includes imperial, but they also manufacture to order.

 

The bloke i spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and discussed what they had in stock over the phone.

What size washers are you after ,I may have some ,Newark autojumble this weekend should be as good a place as any to find some if not. As for 1 1/2 try newbury sortout on the 2 oct .

I think you'll find Gardner engine sump plug washers are that size, so any Gardner repairers etc should be able to supply and there's quite a few of them on the web
