Critical242 Posted May 9, 2011 Share Posted May 9, 2011 Hey folks, I'am Herbert from Germany, 39 years, ex-sergeant (german paratroopers) and joined this forum because I'am "obsessed" with british military kit from the 60s to the early 80s (might be based on the fact that I grew up in Osnabrück, surrounded by the BAOR ). Well I'am also interested in Armstrong Davidson MT500 and "Harley" Davidson MT350E bikes, but I don't call a historic vehicle my own so far . I guess that's about it.... Big ray Posted May 9, 2011 Share Posted May 9, 2011 Hi Herbert, welcome to the friendly forum. I served with the British army in Germany 1956 /58 I was stationed in a tank workshops (REME) in Hamm. I travelled to Osnabruck many times, the British camps (Tanks) were brand new, happy times.
