Runflat
The WW1 ambulance with the pointed nose and radiator by the bulkhead is a Siddeley-Deasy. Nice picture that. The one above shows an LCC (London County Council) ambulance on a converted american car chassis - I don't know what (yet). These were produced on almost anything during WW2. The Mowag Eagle IV. 20 ordered for service in Afghanistan, with a couple of them being retained for training, and some as an operational reserve. One Million Euros +/- some small change each. schliesser92
Another couple of current ones of the Bundeswehr: The Mowag Duro IIIP, known as the YAK - and the IED Fuchs. Not a new vehicle, but a revamped old Fuchs. Red Crosses removed, as they are on vehicles in the Stan, due to the Taliban deliberately targeting medics. Both the above vehicles are from the 2nd Medical Training Regiment, Federal Armed Forces Medical Service (combined forces organisation)
