Tony B Posted March 13, 2011 Posted March 13, 2011 There is an even earlier picture of a MkIV about to crush a car. Anyone know where it is? Quote
paulob1 Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 (edited) just proves we haven't changed in over a 100 years and likely over the past 5000 years we are all still basically Neanderthals at heart Edited March 14, 2011 by paulob1 Quote
Tony B Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 It is said that the first words said by a man when the camera was invented were: 'Right Love, get your kit off!' The original concept of the TANK was 'What can we crush with it?' Quote
rustexpert Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 If I remember correctly the WWI Holt 75 gun tractor which is seen at some events; I think the only one not a recent import from the states, a survivor from the British army; owes its' survival to the fact it was used to flatten cars in a scrap yard very early on. Before it was laid up and hidden it was brought out about five years ago. Quote
