Meteor mark 4B
One suggestion elsewhere is that the tubes are loudspeakers through which incessant Des O'Connor music is played. Any other ideas?
Snapper
Looks like an Audi to me.
AlienFTM
Looks like the tips of rockets in the tubes which would tend to confirm my initial thought, "Calliope" (think Sherman T34) or MLRS if you prefer. I assume the tubes are over-calibre to provide clearance for the fins.

Snapper
This is a moment for me to intervene in the hope that we don't have a Anti-Vera faction building on the forum because Jack's Auntie Vera might get confused. This is not the X-Factor.

antarmike
Let's assume it was actually a serious question, and try and give an answer.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MAR-290-Centurion-beyt-hatotchan-2.jpg http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MAR-290 Eshel ha-Yarden a quadruple tubular launcher for 290 mm ground-to-ground rockets mounted on Centurion tank chassis. The project was cancelled after a single prototype was built. Both this vehicle and an earlier version based on Sherman chassis are often referred to as MAR-290. steveo578
IMI have been export marketing the 290mm rocket system to fit any suitable chassis since the early 1980s, however it may be possible that this system is in service but not listed as available. An example of Israeli secrecy in rocketry is the un-named mine clearance rocket, mounted on M3 H/T or 6 x6 trucks that was used during the latter stages of the 1973 war, but has rarely been acknowledged. It seems to work by FAB system producing a massive consistant overpresure over a large area. Steve
