I know what you mean about the mobile phones, there have been cases of soldiers fitting mobile chargers into vehicles resulting in electrical fires! Only saying this because it look like two bus bars running along the side, with sockets, but not sure how it get the power as nothing visible in the back unless it has a PTO driven generator.
