He was a nightmare and a vile man to the lower ranks but well liked and protected by the regimental regime. I doubt this will come to much. wally dugan Posted September 5, 2020 Share Posted September 5, 2020 I first heard of this man as early as 2000 and his activity in connection regarding a scorpion which was said to be destined for the museum .A few years later there was a piece in one of the national newspapers which is why l posted about the length of time.
