Surveyor
I have to try and get the black button off but suspect it may break, does anyone know where to buy a replacement button
MatchFuzee
Bound to be the expensive option even if they supply single items to the general public:- http://www.penman.co.uk/support-spares.html If it is the same as the AL-KO button:- https://www.trailertek.com/trailer-parts/couplings/coupling-spares/handbrake-parts/al-ko-handbrake-button-release

Surveyor
Just to advise got one from trailer Tek, very slightly bigger hole for the rod to go in but gorilla glue should do it

Surveyor
At last back on the trailer, I have attached the before and after pictures, Penman very kindly sold me the handle at a good price. Yes I know its nothing compared with some of the restoration on here, but as only started learning mechanics in last couple of years. Small victories for some one but for me a vast learning curve
