mikesteven
Apologies if this is bluntly obvious. I'm looking to buy a sankey and wondered if I'd have to buy one with a 24V set up. Or could I buy any sankey but just put in 24V lights instead? thanks mike
Chubbster
Mike, Its just the bulbs that are 24v for a 24v vehicle. So if you get a 12v one just change the bulbs for 24v ones! Hope this helps Alex.
Tony B
Or in the case of Number One Son, change the bulbs from 24 volt to 12 volt, then they will glow properly on the back of his Discovery! :-D He may well have a full set of 24 volt bulbs somehwere! Tony B
clearly I'm not the brightest bulb in the packet - thanks guys ! Somewhere the trailer should be marked with 12 or 24 V, so you know before hitching. :-D
