There was a discussion on one similar but with original wheels on another web forum. It is on display outside an ex-servicemans club in Canada. It's a German ww1 Felthaubitz M16 F3, F3 telling us it had neen modified 3 three times to use NATO ammunition. Used by the norwegian army until 1975.
