scammellpioneer
Hi guys we went up to Newcastle today to look at a new toy. So we have bought another Scammell pioneer sv/2s. It says 1942 on the crane so I think it's a 42 but has the rare large dash board fitted wich is nice, it is in slightly better condition than ours but will need a complete restoration, someone has blasted and painted the front end but it's not a good finish its very original wich is good the cab needs little work but the rear body is pretty rotton. Also the. Govoner control arm is brOken as it Dos not spring back out when you press the cold start button and when you rev it hard and let it go back to idle it cuts out unless you pull the govoner arm back. I will post photos tonight john
