Rick W
I have a report on Biofuels that makes for interesting reading and the proposed changes for fuel in 2013. I have the report as a TIF only and cant work out how to convert it or how to post up the report on here as a TIF. Can I email it to someone to either convert/post up or tell me how to do it please.:coffee:
sirhc
Convert it to a jpg. Open in whatever image viewer you have, and go to File > Save as and select *.jpg Chris
Rick W
Tried that and it doesnt give me the option to save as a jpeg.
Rick W
Tried the manage attachments button at the bottom of the thread start page, go onto add files and select. Even though the file is in under downloads when I go directly to it, I cant see it when I go to it under downloads when I go through manage attachments. Am I making sense? JoelH
Hello, Try open the .TIF document with Paint - Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint. Then try saving that as a .JPG file - that should work - I am sure paint supports TIF's. Cheers, Joel
andym
It's possible that it's a 16-bit TIFF, which you won't be able to save as a JPG until you've converted it to an 8-bit TIFF first .... Andy
mike65
Simple way of creating anything and everything as a PDF. Download and install CutePDF (don't forget converter bit). http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp Basically it installs as a printer. If you can print it you can print it as a PDF file by selecting CutePDF from the available printers.. Mike
