Richard Farrant
Would be interested to know from where you obtained the original looking wiring? Regards Robert hi Robert, Here is a link to a supplier I have used for old style wiring, http://www.autosparks.co.uk/index.php?cPath=86&oscsid=1p6t4grsud5v1ke2ds4a73jdk3
Redherring
Thanks Richard. In the age of the internet, the acquisition of materials from far away places has become 'as easy as'. I shall follow them up. Regards.
lssah2025
The wiring is from the east coast of the USA, I live in the states, I will check with my mech. and get the contact info. Also the wiring that I am using is not correct for the vehicle, it would of been cloth covered (black) the wiring I am using is cloth covered, but chose to use different patterns/colors to trouble shoot any wiring/electrical issues down the road. lssah2025
Couple of new pictures, just completed the air vent for the fuel tank, redid the external first aid box, carb on, and redid the extinguisher and bracket. Have to finish the top armour hatches, the commanders seat and a few more small items. Put on the new tyres, will get some pics of them. Have to finish up the brakes, do a few more small items and fire up the engine in the next few weeks and trouble shoot anything that comes up...So she is about 98% done now :nut:..... 2 plus years and counting!!!! lssah2025
4/24/12 ITS ALIVE,,,it has been running for a few days, just finishing up some minor leaks, did some external markings today, starting to put in some interior goodies.. Still have to fix the temp gauge and amp gauge. All of the lights function per the book, need to do some touch up painting after everything is bolted back in. Going to take it on a test spin and hopefully to a event this weekend!!! Edited April 26, 2012 by lssah2025
