DriveRe Posted September 15, 2010 Share Posted September 15, 2010 Greeting everyone, my name is Gwyn Matthews aka Taffy. I am an expat now living in Australia for the past 30 years. I don't own any vintage vehicles although I admit to driving some of them in a past life as a squaddie (Royal Engineers) '64 to '73. I have visited this site a few times over the years and enjoyed looking at some of the photos,specially the military ones. Why I finally joined is that I have re-discovered some old slides from my army days, which I am slowly transfering to my computer, or is that digitalizing? On talking to someone I usually get asked "Where are you from?" Of course when talking to relatives from Wales they say you sound like an aussie!
