    After our chat on top of the Cent at Slab the other day regarding the problems you are having running two injectors per port off one mega squirt got me thinking and I know of someone who has done this on a Mk IVb a few years ago, what I will do is e mail him and have a chat and if it of help I can pm you his e mail address to see if he can offer any advice for you. Just after arrival. Just before going home.

    Can you give us a run down of what you had to do to get this engine I am sure lots would be interested in actually what you had to do for it all to fall into place, how clean did the engine have to be, tied to a pallet, was it covered ect ect...

    Naa missed out on that, had to be out of the house at 06.30 and she was just getting up, I am sure I will get one at the weekend :laugh: oops, you know breakfast in bed......

    Errrr the tent, well its a GP Medium 16 feet x 32 feet ( as you had at Bolero ) is our living quarters, but if needed I am sure we could get about 20 people in for a meeting ect would only be standing room though we do travel with quite alot of home comforts cooker, heating, and the kitchen sink !!!!!!!! Is it a real problem ?

    It is a possibility I could bring it, will need to price transport again don't fancy driving and towing all that way !!!! Note to Clive: What are the dates that the site will be open from and too, allowing for flexibility for transport delivery and collection ?

    Looks very much like a GMC winch, but the input shaft into the worm wheel housing on a GMC winch is on the left of the truck and left of the winch drum as you sit in the cab facing forwards, whereas in your pics it seems the worm wheel housing is on the right of the winch drum also the free wheel knob/lever seems much too long for a GMC. Have been looking at the blogs section and there is a GTB with a front winch and that is driven from the right side and the handle looks the right length but is still bent. GTB were fitted with Braden and GAR Wood winches..

    That's very interesting, so if the child is over 3 years old and the vehicle has no seat belts in the back and they are purpose made original bench seating then the child is legally allowed to ride in the back.
