I seem to remember that there is a distance piece and there are two different part numbers for these pumps. Anyway, especially if you are planning to LPG the vehicle I'd go for the electric pump. a Facet inline pump should be sufficient. Andrea

I have both engines (Diesel on the 109" SW and Petrol on the 88" GS) and I must say that reliability wise Petrol has so many factors that can go wrong both on the ignition and the fuel ssytem, while the Diesel has just one thing that can go wrong... but it's more expensive when it does. Andrea

This is the letter I wrote today to the Export Control: Sirs, I am a classic cars collector and the proud owner of an ex-MOD Land Rover restored to her pristine glory. I intend to bring the vehicle to the UK for some collectors shows in the near future, but I have been informed that, to exit the UK, military vehicles need to have an export license. Since my Land Rover is registered in Italy and the Italian authorities do not classify an ageing Land Rover of any military interest, it is classed as a normal car as its civilian counterpart.
